Spacious townhouse in the heart of Amsterdam

Chic Amsterdam

In this spacious terraced house in the center of Amsterdam, we carried out a total renovation of four floors, including the roof terrace, within a period of two and a half months. In the second phase, after the client's maternity leave, the basement was converted into a high-quality cinema room and compact gym.

The house has been completely modernized. Two bathrooms and two toilets have been renovated, the master bedroom with sitting area and adjoining roof terrace has been converted into a loft, the kitchen has been enlarged, and the garage has been reduced in size and fitted with new flooring. The custom-made kitchen features a Taj Mahal countertop and an oak bar counter. Various metal doors have also been installed in the house.

The exterior has also been fully integrated. During the renovation, the gardener redesigned the spacious backyard, for which we supplied the outdoor furniture. The roof terrace features a custom-made bar and comfortable lounge seating.

The elevated lounge offers a view of the starry sky.

The most beautiful spot in this home is the lounge, completely secluded from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam. It features handmade Art Deco wallpaper from England with Swarovski LED lights and fantastic artwork by Dutch intuitive artist Corine van Voorbergen. The lounge bed invites you to curl up with a good book, and the skylight allows you to gaze at the starry sky in the evening.

Due to the short renovation timeline and long delivery times, we had to coordinate closely with all parties involved. The customer was completely taken care of, and we supervised the project together with the contractor and subcontractors during the renovation.
